Mostly people put the same stuff in their shopping trolley, but NPD focuses on bringing us new things…
So I want to get a better understanding of the customer journey that involves adoption of a new thing – albeit something small and insignificant. So… I’m planning a self funded study on ‘new’ and I’ll be chatting to people about the last new thing they bought at a supermarket and trying to figure out how it got into the trolley and if I can offer some new insights into the world of new.
