One of the key points the author makes is that brands should give customers and employees the opportunity to tell stories about the brand. What a great idea – I’d love to run a few ‘story-telling’ groups focused on a brand, I’m sure it would net some really interesting insights about the brand’s essence and help point the way to new ideas for the brand too.
Let’s do some story-telling groups!
