Screen sharing is the way to go…

I’m doing some on-line shopper research for the moment, so I’ve been looking at screen sharing and trying it out. It’s a great way to interview respondents, I would say the best way, because they can act normally getting on with their shopping. The screen sharing technology let’s you record what they’re up to so you can revisit their shop whenever you want, and voip means that it’s easy to probe and chat to them whilst they are on-line too.

Sometimes it’s right to be ‘chatting’ remotely because it allows people to be themselves and get on with behaviour as usual.
