Some groups don’t really have a natural flow, they are set up for clients to get answers to questions. Yesterday in a session like that, I used question cards. The respondents read out a question (they had one each) and then the group discussed the answer. Worked really well.
Increasingly I’m doing groups with clients participating alongside customers/ shoppers/ consumers. Question cards for them provide a useful way of wording questions so they’re asked well.
Worth using more in research?
