This is scary because we want to be totally prepared for when we unveil our ‘product’ – the debrief… but why don’t we make them dynamic? Present our findings (researcher’s view) and then get live client input so that the final insight is negotiated from a client perspective too? It’s so do-able with remote technology… and when we are in the room together a second-screen which shows the new emerging outputs is more than feasible. We should be moving from the debrief to the dynamic debrief…
